As a restaurant brand with a menu that’s better experienced in-person rather than through takeout, Red Lobster needs a jolt of creativity and new positioning in the casual dining space to draw customers back to its restaurants—following the worst of the pandemic.

With new ownership and new CMO Patty Trevino, who joined the brand in January, Red Lobster initiated a creative review run by Pile & Co. and picked Barkley as its new creative agency.
